Cinnamon apple almond oatmeal

 

Serves 4-6 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 apple chopped 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Bring almond milk to a boil over medium heat (stirring occasionally so as to not burn).
  2. Add other ingredients, stir and let simmer for about 12 min.
  3. Serve with your favorite toppings!
