Habit—a regular practice or tendency. Habits are the underlying force behind the overall success in our life. Happiness and satisfaction in family, food, career, faith and friendships results from setting and establishing habits. You may not even realize the healthy and wonderful habits you have formed over the years. But if there are areas of your life you want to improve, well today is Monday, the beginning of a new week and also a new month (hello June). Feels like no better time than the present to set the stage for creating a new healthy habit.
My suggestion is to start small and make it so easy that you really can’t say no and then work on increasing your habit in very small ways to reach your overall longer and bigger goal.

I have found that healthy habits and routines are best started in the morning, especially with nutrition.
