Valentine’s Sweet Treat
Cinnamon hearts, chocolate kisses, and other tempting treats are in abundance as we approach “love” day. After you have spent the past 30 days on SafSlim and making other healthy belly choices with your food and exercise, we all want to be able to indulge without completely forgoing all our hard work.
There is a time and a place for sweets, and this recipe is one of my favorite’s, shared by my raw food chef, Janice Skoreyko of the Raw Foundation in Vancouver, Canada.
