Get your morning glowing with this delicious green smoothie! Smoothies are my FAVORITE way to fuel my day with nourishment. When you include the right blend of ingredients, they can really make all the difference in how you feel. I always ensure my smoothies are balanced with protein, fibre and healthy fats so they can keep my energy levels stable, skin glowing and digestion optimum.

I know this smoothie will become a favourite of yours too!

Ingredients –

Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 stalks kale, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup packed spinach
  • 1/4 cup soaked almonds
  • 1 1/4 cup cashew milk, unsweetened

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • cucumber slices

Directions –

  1. 01. Blend the bananas, mangoes, cucumber, kale, spinach, soaked almonds and cashew milk in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. 02. Serve in a glass jar and top with goji berries/cucumber slices. Enjoy!
