Overnight oats

	Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
 
- ½ cup almond milk (or your choice of other nut milk)
 
- 2 dates (switch to raisin or maple syrup if you prefer)
 
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
 
- 2 tablespoon of almond butter
 
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
- pinch of nutmeg
 
 
Directions:
- 01. Add oatmeal and almond milk together in a bowl
 
- 02. Soak overnight in the refrigerator with almond milk. You can make this in batch and use throughout the week
 
- 03. When serving lightly warm it on the stove
 
- 04. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and dates/raisins
 
- 05. Top with, sliced banana, almond butter, maple syrup, Maple Nut Granola (one of our older recipes)
