Happy weekend friends!🫶🏻💕

On Saturday’s I reset and balance my time with a little extra self care, doing a few chores around the house that I can’t get to during the week, connecting with friends and just relaxing- usually reading or watching some tv.

I also like to make extra food and snacks to have on hand for the week ahead. Meal prep is a game changer, and def one of the ways I keep us nourished and on track during the week!

This yogurt bark is one of my absolute fav’s (and yours too), and there are so many fun, nutritious and delicious ways you can create your own version. Here’s a few of the toppings I love:
🍓berries- and for Vday treat cut the strawberries in a heart shape
🌰- any type of nut, seed (hemp, chia or flax) or swirling nut butter through the yogurt
🥥- coconut flakes
🍌- sliced bananas
🤎- chocolate chips (I love dark organic by @enjoylifefoods)

Treat yourself this weekend by making something fun, healthy and delicious!
