Who doesn’t love to dip?! It just makes food taste even better and is FUN. Normally we do veg dip around here in order to get the kids to eat more raw veg, but a sweet version for fruit is also such a delicious and healthy treat. I love the idea of layering up a sweet dessert board with your favourite fruit, desserts, cookies, nuts, seeds and bowls of gooey melted chocolate and this simple, healthy, creamy and delicious fruit dip!

1 cup frozen coconut whipped cream (frozen coconut whipped cream make sure to thaw it for at least 5-7 minutes)
1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
01. In a medium bowl stir together cool whip and yogurt. Mix in the orange zest, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
02. Serve with sliced fruits, such as pineapple, pear, and varieties of berries.
03. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
