Healthy Dinner Meals For The Week

Meal planning and having a well-stocked fridge and pantry are key to enjoying delicious and nourishing meals during the busy week-day evenings. I shared a few of our schedules this past week up in my stories, and I know you guys can relate to how crazy it can actually be! 🤪

Over the years I’ve gathered many tips and tricks to help make my kitchen run smoothly and efficiently. There are so many benefits to meal planning from saving time, money, wasting less food, eating healthy, and just feeling less stressed.

 

Here is a sample meal plan to help you prepare for this upcoming week:

  1. Monday. Green Minestrone
  2. Tuesday. Potato Soup with White Beans and Kale
  3. Wednesday. Lentil Bolognese
  4. Thursday. Sweet Potato-Chickpea Dahl
  5. Friday. Steam Roasted Halibut with Green Beans
